Sales Engineer

Join our awesome team here at Bizible, a fast growing marketing attribution SaaS company, as a Sales / Success Engineer. Success Engineers are responsible for product installation, escalated technical support, and pre-sales expectation setting on using our software. Success Engineers love to dig into unique issues to find resolution, while providing excellent customer service.

Experience and Skills:

  • Customer Service, Technical Sales or Support background with 1+ years in the technology, software, or online advertising fields
  • Working unsupervised through complex tasks
  • Proven success in solving complicated problems while working with multiple external stakeholders, high level executives and key decision makers
  • Some admin knowledge of Salesforce and/or firm understanding of B2B marketing strategies and platforms
  • Proven success in previous role

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and support of Bizible product for new and existing customers
  • Present Bizible’s product functionality to customers via screen share and phone conversations
  • Drive the installation of Bizible with new customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of attribution and the Bizible product with prospects and customers
  • Act as a key resource for customers in the resolution of issues
  • Work closely with Account Executives (sales) to assist in technical implementation conversations
  • Work closely with Success Managers to assist in delivering technical requirements for existing customers
