As part of the product marketing team, you’ll own all aspects of customer education, including our newly launched Academy and certification program.
Your main responsibility will be to plan, build/develop, and execute one-to-many training assets such as Academy learning modules (text and screenshare video), product training webinars, and so forth.
You’ll work with the success team to determine knowledge gaps with our customers and create the material bridge those gaps. This is an education role, so you will NOT be owning product support portal.
Being a creator who can deeply understand our product is key to being successful in this role, so while not required, having a background in marketing and content creation is a major plus.
