Demand Generation Manager

This is your opportunity to lead demand at one of Seattle’s top technology startups. We are seeking an experienced Demand / ABM Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and measure paid demand marketing and nurturing. We practice ABM and are a sophisticated bunch since our product enables B2B marketing teams to measure their impact on revenue. You should apply if the following terms not only mean something, but excite you: ABM, ROAS, PFL, revenue, and attribution.


  • Manage paid digital demand across the entire buyer’s journey. Currently LinkedIn Ads and Madison Logic with a small amount of paid search and retargeting (Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Adroll)
  • Own sales demand enablement including direct mail via PrintingForLess (PFL) and sales-based lead nurturing
  • Managing channel level metrics and reporting via Bizible, including net new contacts, opportunities, pipeline, revenue/ROI, funnel conversion rates, etc
  • Being advisor and advocate for Bizible, including occasionally speaking with customers and (optionally) on webinars
  • Representing ABM / demand marketing across the company, including interactions with sales development and leadership team


  • 3 - 10 years experience in B2B demand marketing, ideally in technology/SaaS sector, including paid digital demand (LinkedIn, AdWords, etc)
  • Previous experience with Bizible a huge plus, but hands-on experience with Salesforce or marketing automation reporting required
  • Data-driven with natural curiosity to not only ask good questions, but solve them with reporting
  • Knows how to build, not just improve as we’re constantly testing new channels and ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
