Customer Success Manager

Join our awesome team here at Bizible, a fast growing marketing attribution SaaS company, as a Customer Success Manager. CSMs are responsible for supporting, educating and helping our customers in the use of our software. CSMs love to build long lasting relationships, solve puzzles and always put the customer first.

Experience and Skills:

  • Customer Service or Sales background with 1+ years in the technology, software, or online advertising fields
  • Working unsupervised through complex tasks.
  • Building long lasting business relationships with high level executives and key decision makers
  • Supporting or selling a software as a service (SaaS) model
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and basic understanding of B2B Marketing strategies.
  • Proven success in previous role.
  • Fearless, runs through brick walls

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing customers through meetings focused on product education, support, and growth
  • Present Bizible’s product functionality to customers via screen share and phone conversations
  • Drive the installation of Bizible with new customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of online marketing and analytics and a passion for helping customers implement best practices
  • Act as a key resource for customers in executing and measuring marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Account Executives (sales) to find further opportunities within existing customer accounts

Salary:

$75k on-target earnings which includes $35-$45k base DOE + commission.  Unlimited earnings potential w/ uncapped commission structure.
