Customer Support Agent

Join our awesome team here at Bizible, a fast growing marketing attribution SaaS company, as a Customer Support Agent. Customer Support Agents are responsible for technical support to help our customers in the use of our software. Customer Support Agents love to dig into unique issues to find resolution, while providing excellent customer service.

Experience and Skills:

  • Customer Service and/or Technical Support background with 1+ years in the technology, software.
  • Working unsupervised through complex tasks.
  • Proven success in solving complicated problems while working with multiple external stakeholders, high level executives and key decision makers
  • Some admin knowledge of Salesforce and/or firm understanding of B2B Marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Some knowledge of support ticketing systems 


  • Support of Bizible product for new and existing customers
  • Present support resolutions to customers via email, screen share and phone conversations
  • Develop a deep understanding of online marketing, analytics, attribution, CRM and the Bizible product.
  • Act as a key resource for customers in the resolution of issues
  • Work closely with Success Managers (success) to assist in diagnosing and resolving support problems.
  • Assist in the creation of new support content.

$55k on-target earnings which includes $40k base + commission.
